WORK EXPERIENCE

Mum of Active 1+ : June 2012- date

• Spitting through 5 of the 9 months of pregnancy using tissues, cups, paper, plastic bags etc. Getting car sick to and from work and stopping for puke breaks at intervals along the road all while working on complex IT projects ensuring that my team consistently delivered on time and within budget keeping our sponsors and customers satisfied
  
  
• Enduring the sight of my swollen feet in all of 2 pairs of flat shoes every single day for comfort sake during my 2nd and 3rd semesters
• Innovatively transforming road side food to become sufficiently nutritious for 2
• Successfully undergoing my 2nd c-s plus another hour and half under the knife while my supervisors dealt with ST
• Adapting into the role of super productive cow for 6 months taking in more that I could ever want to ensure consistently high product quality and quantity
• Running on auto pilot even in extreme sleep deprivation to make sure all stake holders are taken care of

Mum of Super 4+ : December 2008 - date

• All of the above in similar working conditions
• Multitasking to perform cow duties while behind the wheels in severe traffic (two hands covering my 3 eyes…LOL!)
• Coordinating multiple programs to keep Super 4+ actively engaged, educated, entertained and well rested all year round
• Performing extensive research and drawing up complex analytic tables in search of the right tutors and coaches, schools and after school, Easter, summer and Christmas camps to get the best ROI (lowest possible costs without compromising on quality)
• Rehearsing lines for plays, practicing multiple instruments (piano and violin) and sitting as chief cheer leader during sports sessions (swimming, tennis and football)
• Creatively transforming boring hospital rooms into mini activity centers using favorite duvet and pillow, toys, laptop, games etc.

Pre Super 4+ and Active 1+

• Going on and enjoying actual holiday trips
• Sleeping through the night (I miss this the most!!!)

 

Strengths

• Ability to multitask under diverse adverse conditions (eg. Giving medication to feverish child, who has puked on me while singing, dancing and pretending not to hear the screams of protest)
• Ability to smile in the face of a hell of a lot of stinky poop
• Watching a sleeping child all through the night for fear that he will be unable to breath because of a blocked nose
• Adaptability to multiple roles including but not limited to; poop cleaner, nose decongester (sucker), private tutor, chauffer, donkey, pillow and very importantly, as shown by my work history, cow!
• Carrying  a 14kg (31lb) toddler on my back with a 32week bump.                                                                                                                               

Interests and Activities

• School run
• Watching kids on the play ground
• Watching kids movies (same ones OVER and OVER again)
• Organizing kid's birthday parties (any size to suit any budget)
• Reading bed time stories (same ones OVER and OVER again on same night)
• Sourcing for kid's activity centers, camps, tutors and coaches (whatever you need, wherever in the world you need it...I'm your go to gal)

 

Honors 

• 2 caesarean sections
• Stretch marks
• 2 pregnancies experienced within less than 12 months :-D
• Bigger feet, boobs, bum....every darn thing is bigger!
